Malindi is an International Coaching Federation member with 19 years’ experience working alongside senior leaders. She assists individuals and their teams in defining their corporate vision and in synergising private performance with engagement around company strategy.
Her understanding of the challenges faced by leaders is informed by her experience as a corporate litigator at Freshfields and as the founder of her own successful businesses. She brings psychological expertise and coaching skills to clients who currently include senior business leaders and board level executives of multi-national public and private companies. Her clients include fund managers, lawyers, business founders and private individuals.
Malindi specialises in providing clarity through periods of intense corporate activity or change, focusing on navigation of new challenges and development of professional gravitas. In addition to her psychological academic achievements, Malindi’s legal and entrepreneurial background and current doctoral psychological research, affords a deep understanding of the pathways required in nurturing sustained productivity in performance.
